三、工作原理Work
☆常閉型：線圈通電時(shí)，主閥芯靠介質(zhì)壓差力打開；線圈斷電，閥關(guān)閉。
☆常開型：線圈通電時(shí)，閥關(guān)閉；線圈斷電，主閥芯靠介質(zhì)壓差力打開。

六、安裝與維護(hù)Installation and maintenance
☆安裝前應(yīng)仔細(xì)核對閥標(biāo)牌數(shù)據(jù)是否符合現(xiàn)場要求，如電壓、溫度、介質(zhì)、壓力等。
☆電磁閥現(xiàn)場安裝必須按照國家爆炸危險(xiǎn)場所“電氣安全規(guī)程” 中有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
☆電磁閥線圈必須牢固可靠。線圈有三孔插頭，其中上為接地線，左右孔接工作導(dǎo)線。
☆電磁閥安裝前應(yīng)將管路內(nèi)部清洗干凈。
☆如果流通的介質(zhì)中有雜質(zhì)，電磁閥進(jìn)口端前必須安裝密度0.5μm的過濾網(wǎng)。
☆安裝電磁閥時(shí)注意閥體上箭頭要求與介質(zhì)流向一致。
☆電磁閥水平安裝最佳，（線圈在上）。
☆非電氣人員不得拆卸電磁閥電氣部件。

七、常見故障診斷及處理： Fault Diagnosis and Treatment
☆接通電源，電磁閥不正常工作 ：a 線圈燒毀或短路——更換線圈，b 電源電壓過低——調(diào)整電壓-10%~+10%
范圍。c管道內(nèi)介質(zhì)壓力不符合工作壓力范圍 ——調(diào)整壓力或更換壓力對應(yīng)的閥

the coil,b .power supply voltage is too low ------ adjust the voltage of -10% ~ +10%Range.

☆ 斷開電源，電磁閥不正常工作閥：閥芯被雜質(zhì)卡住，不能復(fù)位——由專業(yè)人員拆卸、清除、裝配。
